With over 20 years’ experience in health, fitness and physical performance, Warren holds a Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage and is also a CHEK Practitioner, Corrective Exercise Coach, Personal Trainer, licensed acupuncturist and breathwork coach.
