Glastonbury 2027 – Ticket Syndicate

Dear lovely wellbeing specialists,

As your £300 work deposit from this season is now due to be returned, I’d like to offer a small number of you the option to use part of your deposit to join our Glastonbury 2027 ticket syndicate.

A maximum of six people can be booked together. We already have two people, so there are currently four places available.

How it works

If you opt in, we will retain £150 of your £300 deposit and return the remaining £150 to you now.

The £150 retained is:

  • £100 for your Glastonbury ticket deposit

  • £50 towards your 2027 work deposit

The reason we’re retaining the money in advance is so that everything is ready for the ticket sale. Whichever one of the six of us gets through to the booking page will use Sammy’s Temple Cloud business card to pay for all six ticket deposits in one transaction. Nobody then needs to transfer money or find payment details while we’re trying to secure the tickets.

If we don’t manage to secure your ticket, the £150 retained will be returned to you.

If we do successfully secure your ticket, you are committing to working Glastonbury with us and the £150 becomes non-refundable through Temple Cloud if you later change your mind.

What happens next

If we’re successful, when the Glastonbury balance becomes due in April 2027, you will need to pay the remaining balance of your Glastonbury ticket and the remaining £250 of your work deposit, bringing your work deposit back up to £300.

Your hourly rate for Glastonbury will be the same rate you received this year.

Therapists who work three or four festivals with us may be offered an increased rate for the season, but for now we’re only dealing with Glastonbury, but if you later offered a higher rate as you booking extra events, this will be applied to Glastonbury as well.

Working at Glastonbury

This syndicate is specifically for therapists who want to come to Glastonbury and work the full festival with us.

You will need to arrive no later than Tuesday and work approximately 9am–6pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I highly recommend that we try for coach tickets first. The coach-ticket sale gives us an additional opportunity to try for tickets before the general sale.

If you’re working the full hours with us, we will arrange for you to stay with us in the Tipi Field, and as always, we’ll take great care of you while you’re working with the team.

The syndicate option is specifically for people who want us to help secure their ticket and are happy to make the full working commitment of 9-6pm Wednesday Sunday.

Alternatively, get your own ticket

You are absolutely welcome to try to secure your own Glastonbury ticket separately rather than joining our syndicate.

If you successfully buy and pay for your own ticket, you can still apply to work with us for a minimum of four hours per day, leaving you much more time to enjoy the festival. However if you cant work a 8 hour day with us, we will not pay you back for your ticket price at the end of the season.

You will need to make sure your Glastonbury registration is sorted immediately and send me your registration details. Once we have our six people, I’ll set up a WhatsApp group so that we’re all organised and ready to try together when tickets go on sale.

Obviously, there is no guarantee that we will manage to get tickets, but we’ll give it our best shot! ❤️ If we cant get tickets the rest of your deposit will be given back immediately.

Coach Tickets

We highly recommend trying to get yourself a coach ticket when they go on sale.

Coach tickets cannot be bought through our ticket syndicate, so you will need to log in and try to secure your own. If successful, you will need to pay the £100 Glastonbury ticket deposit plus the full coach fare at the time of booking.

If you successfully secure a coach + ticket package, you then have two options with us:

• Minimum 4 hours’ work per day: you pay for your own Glastonbury ticket and coach travel.

• Full agreed working hours: we will reimburse the cost of your Glastonbury festival ticket in accordance with your work agreement, once you have completed your agreed shifts. The coach fare remains your responsibility.

Getting your own coach ticket is a great option because it guarantees your festival ticket independently of our very limited crew allocation.
